Vestsjællands Veterantog welcomes you to an atmospheric summer trip for the whole family on the veteran railway Høng – Gørlev
Take a vintage train ride and experience the beautiful nature around Åmosen. As the train ambles along, you can enjoy the view of Rævemosen and Bøstrup Å, which the vintage train passes before the stream flows into Ulstrup Mose.
Follow the train driver's work
Have you ever wondered how a vintage train is controlled? On the tour, you have the opportunity to go into the driver's cab and follow the train driver's exciting work.
Refreshments and souvenirs in the café car
In the middle of the train you will find the café car, where both cold and hot drinks, sweets and souvenirs are sold. Here you can enjoy the atmosphere as the train rolls through the landscape
Take a break in Gørlev
Upon arrival in Gørlev , you can take your picnic basket out onto the covered terrace and enjoy a relaxing meal in cozy surroundings.

The dedicated volunteer staff of the Veteran Train is ready to share their knowledge about the train's history and technology. In Gørlev you can also see a demonstration of the train's engines and gain a deeper insight into how it all works.

– The tickets are valid for one return trip starting and ending at Høng station.
– Children under 4 travel free of charge.
– We cannot guarantee a free seat – please arrive in good time.
